MONTESSORI APPLICATION FORM

A signed and fully completed application form must be received by the Montessori Directress from 8.00 am parents. to 5.00 pm on week days. Before submitting the application from directress will interview the child and parents.

REGISTRATION FEES

Non refundable fees is required with completed application form at time of registration.

FEES

The first payment will be issued on the first day in the Montessori. The charge is up to the end of the month or Term. We accept card payments, cash payments, cheques & online transactions. The fee is not refundable if the child gets absent due to holidays and sickness. One Month notices will be given before any fee increase is implemented.

MONTESSORI CLOSURE AND CHARGES

The Montessori is closed on all Poya day, Public, Bank, Mercantile Holidays. The management will be on notice of changes of holidays. (Management kindly request the parents to read the Notices on WhatsApp Group) Normal charges will be apply for these days.

TIME SCHEDULE

Montessori will start daily 8.00 a.m and close at 12.30 p.m

PERSONAL PROPERTY AND BELONINGS

We cannot be held responsibility for any loss or damage to children's property. Every reasonable effort will be made by Montessori Staff to ensure the children belongings are any lost or damaged. Please notice that gold items (chain, bangles, rings, Etc...) are prohibited to be wore in to the Montessori premises. Practical "inexpensive" clothing in strongly recommended for children attending Montessori. We suggest that all toys, books or other equipments is left at home.

The school fees for the year as follows

PARENTS RESPONSIBILITY

Parents must please notice that children are removed by 12.30 noon. We accept no responsibility to children whilst in their parents on Montessori premisses prior to arrival or after pick up. It is parent's responsibility to name and clearly label all items of clothing and please see that the child has his/her Name, Address and Telephone No, written or printed on a tag and fixed on the school bag. Every child needs an extra suite. Parents must be aware ofthe cleanliness of the child. Parents must not enter the classroom at the Montessori hours. Parents are requested to inform Montessori of any food, medicine, activity or any other circumstances that may cause the child to have allergic reaction/ allergy and must contrive to inform Montessori of any changes progress to the condition when they become aware.

BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENTS

We may require parents to withdraw or remove their child from Montessori in the event that the Montessori directress considers the child to be disruptive or displaying inappropriate behavior. We will not tolerate Nursery staff being spoken to in an abusive or threatening manner by parents, careers or children.

ACCIDENTS AND ILLNESS

We reserve the right to administer basic first aid treatment when necessary. Parents will aid treatment when necessary. Parents will be informed of all accidents. For accidents is a more serious nature, involving hospital treatment, all attempts will be made by Montessori to contact the parents but failing this we are here by authorized act on behalf of parents and authorize necessary treatment. We may require parents to withdraw their child from Montessori, in the event that they require special medical care and attention, which is not available or refused by parents or it is considered that the child is not well enough to attend Montessori, If we have reasonable cause to believe that they may be suffering from or has suffered from any illness, sickness or allergies before attending the Montessori. We have realistic attitude to the needs of working parents but we reserve the right to contact parents if their child becomes ill during Montessori hours.

SECURITY

Under no circumstances will the child be allowed to leave Montessori staff unless the parent has previously arranged this. If parent has made alternative arrangement by telephone number of the person permitted to collect the child upon arrival at Montessori. (We reserve the right to update / amend these and conditions)
